Notice of Payment Terms
Electronic Payments not received by the due date are subject to all fees under the terms of the Apartment Rental Agreement. Payments not received by the due date may be refused by Management if late fees are not included in the payment.

Partial payments made electronically will not be accepted and will be refused by Management. Payments not made in full by the due date are subject to all fees under the terms of the Apartment Rental Agreement.
