The 410 Saint-Nicolas building situated in the heart of Old Montreal was historically constructed for the manufacturing of James Coristine furs. The building was completely renovated between 1994 and 1996 and is an excellent example of harmony between classical and present architecture. Today, the Coristine Building is equipped with ultramodern infrastructures but has undoubtedly conserved its charm of the past.
